Magical Toolz provides a mix of browser-based and server-assisted utilities. This policy explains what information may be processed when you visit the site or use a tool, what we do to protect it, and what rights you have over it.

Tool processing

Processing varies by tool. Some tools process input only inside your browser — the file or text never leaves your device. Other tools may send the information required to complete a request to our server or to a clearly identified third-party service. Check the wording and controls on the individual tool page before submitting sensitive information.

Do not upload confidential, regulated, or irreplaceable files unless the tool page explicitly describes suitable handling for that data.

Accounts and payments

If you create an account or purchase a plan, we process the account, contact, billing, and transaction information needed to provide the service, prevent fraud, and support your purchase. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider (Razorpay) and are not stored as complete card numbers by Magical Toolz.

Cookies, advertising, and analytics

Essential browser storage may be used for security, preferences, consent choices, and saved local features. Optional advertising scripts, including Google AdSense, are loaded only after you select "Accept All" in the cookie banner. If you decline, those optional scripts are not loaded by our consent control.

Advertising partners may use cookies or similar technologies according to their own policies after consent. You can clear this site's local storage or browser cookies to reset saved choices.

Data security

The entire site is served over encrypted HTTPS, so data sent between your browser and our server is protected in transit. For tools that require server-assisted processing, any file is written to a temporary, access-restricted location on our server only for the duration of that single request, and is deleted immediately once the result is returned to you — it is not archived, backed up, or kept for any period afterward. Server access is restricted to the infrastructure needed to run the site.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we do not take shortcuts that would put your data at unnecessary risk.

Logs and security

Our hosting infrastructure may record limited technical logs such as IP address, request time, requested URL, browser information, and error details. These logs are used for security, abuse prevention, reliability, and troubleshooting and are retained only as operationally necessary.

Data retention and your rights

Browser-only data remains under your browser's control. Server-side records (account, billing, and log data) are retained only for the period needed for the stated purpose, legal obligations, security, or dispute resolution.

Depending on where you are located, applicable data protection law — including the GDPR in the European Economic Area/UK and the CCPA in California — may give you the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, or to receive a copy of your data in a portable format. Children

The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
