Amazon Label Cropper Online helps you get shipping labels ready for the printer you actually use. Add one or more PDFs or label images, check the label and invoice areas the tool found, pick a thermal or sheet layout, and download the files you need at the packing desk.

You can make a separate shipping-label PDF, a separate invoice PDF, matched label-and-invoice sets, a picking list, CSV reports, or one ZIP with everything. Your files are opened in your browser and are not uploaded anywhere.

This is an independent tool by Magical Toolz. It is not connected to, approved by, or run by Amazon.

What can this Amazon label cropper do?

This is more than an odd-page and even-page PDF splitter. Amazon files do not always look the same, so every page stays open for review before you export. You can keep a whole page as a label, keep it as an invoice, split a label and invoice that sit side by side or one above the other, cut up a page that holds several labels, or draw your own crop area.

How to crop and print Amazon shipping labels

1. Add your files. Pick the Amazon PDFs or label images from your device. Several files can go in together. If you only want to look around first, use the sample button to load a made-up order file.
2. Choose the output paper. Pick 4 × 6 inch or 100 × 150 mm for a thermal printer. Pick A4, US Letter, or custom paper for a normal printer.
3. Set the sheet layout. Choose columns and rows, copies per label, margins, gaps, cut guides, and rotation.
4. Analyse the batch. The tool reads any text it can find in the PDF and suggests where the labels and invoices sit.
5. Review every page. Check the orange label area, the purple invoice area, the order details, SKU, quantity, and any warning the tool shows.
6. Approve or skip pages. Only pages you approve and include go into the final files.
7. Preview the output. Look at the PDF that will actually be made, not just the source page.
8. Download and test print. Print at Actual Size, which means 100 percent scale. Scan one printed barcode before you print a big batch.

4 × 6 thermal labels and 100 × 150 mm labels

A 4 × 6 inch page and a 100 × 150 mm page are close, but they are not the same size. Pick the one that matches your label roll and printer settings. Each approved label is fitted inside the output page without stretching it.

The preview on your screen does not show the real printed size. In the print window, choose Actual Size or 100 percent scale, and switch off options like Fit to Page if they would change the size. The calibration PDF in the tool helps you check whether your printer is scaling the page.

Print 4 or 12 Amazon labels on one A4 sheet

If you print on an inkjet or laser printer, choose A4 and pick a grid. A 2 × 2 grid puts four labels on each sheet. A 3 × 4 grid puts twelve on each sheet. You can also choose 1, 2, 6, or 8 per sheet, or set your own grid.

For example, five different labels with four per sheet need two A4 sheets. The first sheet has four labels and the second has the last one. The tool does not squeeze five labels into four boxes.

A 12-up sheet saves paper, but every label gets much smaller. Small text and barcodes can be hard for a scanner to read, even when the original PDF is sharp. Check the output preview, print one test sheet, and scan the barcode before you choose 12 per sheet for a whole batch.

Separate labels and invoices safely

The tool can spot common shipping and invoice text in a PDF you can select text from, but its suggestion is a guess, not a promise. It does not read pictures of text, and it does not claim to understand every Amazon format. Scanned pages, unusual country layouts, table-style pages, Seller Flex documents, FBA sheets, or a future change in the Amazon format may need a manual layout or a custom crop.

A label and invoice that come from the same reviewed split stay together. A separate invoice page is attached to a label only when one order ID matches, or when you choose and approve an alternating label-and-invoice layout. If the tool cannot match an invoice safely, it leaves the invoice unpaired instead of attaching it to the wrong parcel.

The matched-order download works only when every selected label has a checked invoice. Unpaired invoices can still be downloaded in the separate invoice PDF.

SKU sorting, quantities, and packing reports

When the PDF has readable text, the tool looks for the usual order ID, tracking number, courier, SKU, and quantity. You can edit each of these before you approve a page. That helps when a field is missing, when a product table cannot be read properly, or when a scanned page has no text at all.

An unknown quantity stays marked with a question mark. The tool does not quietly turn it into one. Picking reports show the units it is sure about separately from items where the quantity still needs a check.

Duplicate and exception checks

Files that are exact copies of each other are flagged, and so are repeated tracking numbers. A repeated order ID on its own is not treated as a duplicate parcel, because one order can ship in more than one package.

The order overview lists missing SKUs, unknown quantities, unmatched invoices, order IDs that disagree, and other notes. These warnings help you check the batch. They do not replace your own final check before you ship.

Does cropping reduce PDF quality?

For a normal PDF, the page content you select is placed into the new PDF instead of being turned into a screenshot. That helps keep the text, lines, and barcode drawing as sharp as the original, as long as the original had them.

The tool cannot add detail that a blurry scan or small image never had. It also cannot promise that a barcode will scan after it is printed very small, resized by a printer driver, covered, damaged, or printed with poor ink or heat. Always test the paper copy.

Your files stay in your browser

Your PDFs and images are processed on your own device while the page is open. Closing or refreshing the page clears the current batch, so download what you need first.

Supported files and limits

The tool accepts PDF, JPG, PNG, and WEBP files. One batch can hold up to 30 files, with up to 50 MB for each file and 150 MB in total. A PDF batch can have up to 1,000 pages, and an image can be up to 40 megapixels. Very large jobs may hit your device's memory limit sooner.

Password-protected PDFs, interactive XFA forms, and some complex files may not open. Use a copy without a password that you are allowed to use. Cropping only hides parts of the page in the new file. It is not safe redaction, so do not treat a cropped file as proof that the hidden content is gone.
